What to expect

Every session moves in three parts.

At the heart of everything I teach is Breathwork Detox, the technique I trained in under Kurtis Lee Thomas. Online or one-on-one, the shape is the same. Come exactly as you are. No expectations, no performance, no need to have anything figured out.

  1. i

    Ground

We slow down, settle into the body and set an intention for the time we have together.

  2. ii

    Breathe + release

Guided Breathwork Detox: an open-mouth, connected breath, set to music, with room for whatever wants to move: tension, emotion, insight, or simply quiet.

  3. iii

    Integrate

We come back to stillness and give it time to land before you step back into your day.

There's nowhere you need to get to. Your only job is to breathe.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

I've never done breathwork. Where do I start?

Start with the free 5-Minute Anchor, or join the monthly circle on Zoom. Both are easy first steps. If you already know you want one-on-one attention, book an Emotional Reset. Still not sure? Book a free 15-minute call and we'll figure it out together.

What is Breathwork Detox?

It's the active breathwork technique I teach. You breathe in a steady, connected rhythm through an open mouth while I guide you, usually with music. Moving more breath than usual helps your body shake loose tension and emotion you've been holding, so you can let it go. Then we slow everything down so it can settle.

What does it actually feel like?

It's different for everyone, and different every time. People describe tingling, warmth, emotion coming up, deep calm or a clearer head. There's no experience you're supposed to have. You're in charge of your breath the whole time.

What should I have ready?

For Zoom: a private spot where you can lie down without interruption, and headphones. For the beach: a towel or yoga mat, water and comfortable clothes. And expect a little sand. That's part of it.

What if the weather's bad on Sunday?

Mother Nature gets a vote, so beach sessions are weather permitting. If we need to cancel for unsafe weather, you'll hear from me by email or text, and your spot moves to the following Sunday automatically.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Active breathwork isn't recommended during pregnancy, or for people with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, severe mental health conditions or recent surgery. If any of those apply, talk with your doctor first and let me know, so I can adapt the practice for you.

Come exactly as you are.

No expectations. No performance. Just you, your breath, and the willingness to see what happens when you finally give yourself permission to slow down.
