My story
Hi, I'm Meghan.
Five years ago, I wasn't okay. Two years after losing my dad, I was still numbing everything: the grief, and the pain I'd carried since childhood. Alcohol and drugs had become how I got through the day, and I was living the same negative loop I grew up around. My son was about 12. I knew it was time to change.
Then I tried one virtual breathwork session, right at the start of COVID, and it changed my life. I did every virtual session I could find. About nine months in, I went to my first in-person session in Miami and walked out knowing this was what I wanted to teach the world.
I trained with Breathwork Detox and became a Master Breathwork Facilitator under my mentor, Kurtis Lee Thomas, author of Breathwork Detox: How to Thrive in the Age of Anxiety. Today I hold space for people who are carrying more than anyone knows, because I've been there.
My clients would tell you I'm real, perceptive and empowering. I'll notice what you're holding before you say it, I'll be honest with you, and I'll remind you that you're the one doing the work.
"My main goal in life is to help people feel seen, and to remind them they have a say in what happens next."
That part takes courage. It means being willing to face your shadows and use your free will to make the choices that help you become the best version of yourself. I can't make those choices for you, but I'll be right there while you do.

Why breath
The answers are often already there.
One of the biggest things my own healing journey taught me is how much time we spend looking outside ourselves for answers. Most of the time, what we actually need is enough stillness to hear what's already there.
Your breath creates that stillness. It goes everywhere with you, it costs nothing, and it's ready whenever you are. I'm just here to guide you back to it.
Every session is different, and I'll never promise you what yours should feel like. People often leave feeling:
Come exactly as you are.
No expectations. No performance. Just you, your breath, and the willingness to see what happens when you finally give yourself permission to slow down.
