Join Meghan Escobar (@thebreathmentor) for a restorative and energizing Breathwork & Meditation experience every Sunday from 7–8 AM at the beautiful Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs, FL (weather permitting).

This weekly gathering is designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your breath, and elevate the intentions you’re moving into the new week with. Through a blend of conscious breathwork, light movement, somatic grounding, and guided meditation, you’ll leave feeling:

All levels welcome. No previous experience needed — just an open mind and a willingness to slow down.

The beach spot is easy to access and beginner-friendly.

⏰ TIME

Every Sunday | 7:00–8:00 AM
(Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled.)
