This Breathwork Detox experience is a private, guided breathwork session created exclusively for current residents, graduates, and alumni of Grit & Grace Sober Living.

This session is designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and inner clarity through conscious, connected breathing — offering a grounded, substance-free tool to navigate stress, emotions, and life transitions in recovery.

This experience honors the recovery journey and provides a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner strength.

Who This Event Is For

This is a private event extended to:

  • Current Grit & Grace Sober Living residents

  • Graduates of the Grit & Grace program

  • Alumni continuing their recovery and healing journey

This event is not open to the general public and is intended to support those connected to the Grit & Grace community.

  • Optional emotional or somatic release (no pressure, no forcing)

  • Grounding and integration time

  • A supportive, judgment-free group environment

Meet the Facilitator

Meghan Escobar is a Master Breathwork Detox Facilitator with over four years of experience guiding individuals through nervous system regulation, emotional release, and somatic healing.

Meghan has supported hundreds of people through breath-based practices designed to reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build healthier coping mechanisms — particularly for individuals navigating recovery, trauma, and major life transitions.

Her facilitation style is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed, creating a space where participants feel safe, supported, and empowered to meet themselves exactly where they are.

Breathwork may bring up emotions or physical sensations. Participation is always voluntary and self-paced.
