This session is designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and inner clarity through conscious, connected breathing — offering a grounded, substance-free tool to navigate stress, emotions, and life transitions in recovery.
This experience honors the recovery journey and provides a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner strength.

Meet the Facilitator
Meghan Escobar is a Master Breathwork Detox Facilitator with over four years of experience guiding individuals through nervous system regulation, emotional release, and somatic healing.
Meghan has supported hundreds of people through breath-based practices designed to reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build healthier coping mechanisms — particularly for individuals navigating recovery, trauma, and major life transitions.
Her facilitation style is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed, creating a space where participants feel safe, supported, and empowered to meet themselves exactly where they are.
